The awareness programme organized by SMBT Institute of Nursing on the occasion of International Women’s Day was conducted successfully. The initiative played a significant role in spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene and adolescent health among schoolgirls. The training sessions were conducted by Assistant Professors Ms. Sukanya Gaikwad and Ms. Kajal Ghegadmal at New English School, Kawadara, and Madhyamik Vidyalay, Dhamangaon, Nashik. Such efforts are vital in empowering young girls and promoting their overall health and well-being.
